Sunday on the Coast

Sunday we spent the day driving down the coast. We drove on Highway 1 from Monterey to LA. It was a very nice drive. In some parts it was a little cloudy but in other places the sky was blue and the breeze was nice.



In Monterey we took the 17 mile drive around Pebble Beach Golf Course, it was a cool drive--great views of the ocean and of rich people's houses. This is a very famous tree it is the lone cypress tree, it has been on this rock for about 200 years...pretty....


I don't know if you can tell but the water in this picture is 2 different colors. At the shore it is a very green kinda like emerald and then it turns to a very blue blue. It was so pretty.



This is kinda like the grizzly bear picture but instead sea lions! It was really cool b/c we were standing about 200-300 above the sea lions and we could hear them but not really see them. We got the binoculars and we could see a ton of them lying on rocks just hanging out!
