Glacier National Park Day 2 Part 2

After dinner we stopped at the general store and grabbed a Huckleberry Cream Soda and Huckleberry beer and sat on the porch and enjoyed the weather.

We met a lady from Indy who told us where to see grizzlies. J really wanted to see a grizzly so we finished our drinks and headed to Many Glacier to see what we could see.

And we saw a mama with two cubs....she had been in the area for a while..crossing back and forth over the road and heading up into the mountains to feed on the huckleberry bushes. She had a tracking collar on which means that she has been being a "bad bear" and hanging around humans. During our bear viewing we met a family from Lexington, KY.

This is a really bad picture of the bears but by the trees there are some white dots..those are those bears..
